Ian Swanson received his BFA from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. In 2009 he helped co-found the Detroit-based artist run gallery ORG, and has also been involved with numerous experimental audio and musical projects in both individual and collaborative capacities. He is represented in Southeastern Michigan by Re:View Contemporary, and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, where he is an MFA candidate at Pratt Institute. current/forthcoming exhibitions- on view now : "Re:Collect" - Re:View Contemporary, Detroit, MI
